My Sixty-sixth Entry. Mood: Sianz
Today was supposed to go out with Wenhao de, but due to the weather and some situations, we canceled our outing. So I stayed at home and even had a nap and then went to my relative's house for dinner again. The maid's popiah has improved, getting more like my Ah-ma's one already. Then I just finished watching a documentory talking about accidents of sports men and how they get over it and bring themselves back to their sports again. Those accidents they had were so gross... Eww.
Okok, I continue my 3rd day of my HK trip.
Day 3 (09/11/2004):
That morning, we had maggi mee with ham and egg for breakfast. Soon, we took off to our first station, the Victoria Peak. We went there via an underwater tunnel, which is a tunnel built into the sea and to the island. Special right? Haha. Then as we were travelling around the island going up the peak, we saw many houses and the views were extremely nice, for the houses la. It was said that the red most top building belongs to Jackie Chan's. I think for those who lives in that island must be very rich, and only the riches come to this island. Finally, we reached the peak. The view is okok lor, not really very astounding la, only that its very cold up there, and abit foggy.
Then we proceeded to a very big temple also in the island de. It has Fortune God, Guanyin Ma, Jade Emperor, and got a "yin yuan shi" (Fate Stone) I think. Its said that we have to touch the Fortune God from head, to face, to hands, and to his pouch, then quickly grab as if you have taken some money, and put it in our pocket. So we queued up to do that. Followed on, all our SPCO couples touches the Fate Stone and took some cameras. Haiz, too bad Sze Hui went to toilet, cannot join us. Poor Sammuel!
After that, we went to a harbour and board a boat for a tour. Sianz, still need to pay money one leh! But ok la, hope it worth it lor... Did it? The first thing which caught my eye was the doggie with the boatman. So it was the pet dog which attracted me to take picture with in the very first place. And soon, I also found out that when you say "left hand" in cantonese, it really lifts up its left hand and shake with yours! So cute! Ofcourse, vice-versa for "right hand". Eh, the dog really very cute la, for almost the whole journey, my eyes was with the dog. Other than that, we, the percussionists of SPCO, took some silly pictures of "Walaoeh..." Haha, don't say le.
After lunch, they brought us to a Jewellery World opened by Jackie Chan. When we go in, that lady told us that the purple crystal cave is the largest in the whole world, and its free, so we may take it as we wished. We were suprised of what she said, but provided if we were able to carry it away la, because its a thousand plus kilogramms. Haha. She so lame. She also let us see the latest jewellery pendant which can twist and turn inside whenever you touches it. Erm, its abit expensive lor, so some of us just walked around but did not buy anything.
After that, we finally proceeded to our long waited Ocean Park! We were so excited to go for the roller coaster... But before that, we had to take cable car first. Duhz! So high! So long! Kaoz, some of us din't even dare to look down! Mamameeeah! Finally, when we reached there, we were thinking whether to see the dolphin show or take the roller coaster, and the decision has to make fast because the dolphin show was about to start. Then they had decided to take the roller coaster first. But the worst part is............................................ The roller coaster was under maintainence for one whole day. -____-" So suay! So we took Viking. At first, we were all scared. After that, we took the second time and we were able to let go of our hands when it zoomed down. Then I didn't take any other rides already, but just waited the others to finish the rides they wanted to take, then go to the dolphin show. The dolphins were really cute! Suprisingly, our Mr. Ah-Heng, out of hundrends of people, was being chosen to take part in the show! Erm, his part was just to make some movements to make the dolphins move la, but so good that he can touch the dolphins and take pictures with them. :) Soon after the show, we went to the shop and I bought a little penguin plush, very cute oso, pink colour one, got blue colour one also, but sold out already. :( Very soon, the sky was gettting dark even it was only 6pm. We took the long long escalator, think for about 15 mins or so, then wait for the others at the bottom.
Next stop, we procceeded to the "Xing Guang Da Dao" (All Star's Path). I thought what was that, chey, its only a path with dots of lights on it. But we managed to take many stupid and silly funny pictures there. When we got into the bus, I realised that Desmond was looking for Angeline outside when I see Angeline was actually in the bus. We got abit frantic, wanted to go and look for Desmond, but sadly we were not allowed to. The teacher didn't want us to go down again or else we will be running all around. Luckily, very soon, we saw Desmond coming towards the bus and we quickly gave hand signs to call him back. Hmm, it was the very first time I saw Desmond in that expression, my heart nearly melted though it was none of my buisness. Also, it was also my first time seeing Angeline being a small gentle little princess cuddling Desmond's hand. 'Cause always I see her fighting with Des. K la, think both of them, especially Desmond got abit shocked that night.
Lastly, we went to the Lady's street. I did not buy anything because me and Zhiguan had to take care of the few ladies because that place is abit complicated. So that whole tour I was actually looking at them more than the stuffs there. Then soon we got back to the hostel. But that's not the end. We bathed and went back to the area again to buy food. The sausages, the bacon... Yum yum! That night, Ladies' Street was kept early because heard that they were going to do some cleaning up or stuffs like that. So we only bought the food. Around 2am, we went back to the hostel and slept.
Ok! Tata! Done day 3!
